“REIMAGINE THE MAGIC: A FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS” IS A LIGHT SHOW LIKE NO OTHER THIS FESTIVE SEASON
By Oh My Disney
Your favorite Disney songs, classic Christmas carols, a spectacular display of colourful lights and a beautiful centrepiece – it’s a show that’ll hit you right in the #feels.
There’s nothing like that warm, fuzzy feeling that comes from hearing the sweet tunes of your favorite Disney songs. Add festive Christmas carols, a gorgeous display of vibrant lights, and an incredible centerpiece inspired by none other than Mickey Mouse himself. Such is what you can expect from Reimagine the Magic: A Festival of Lights – a light show that’s currently running in several locations across the Philippines. Grab a camera and maybe even some tissues, because this may just hit you right in the #feels.
Picture it: twinkling lights dancing in rhythm to orchestral renditions of all your favorites, like “Part of Your World”, “Beauty and the Beast”, “A Whole New World” and “When You Wish Upon A Star”. Just thinking about it is enough to get the goose bumps going.
Reimagine the Magic features three medleys: one inspired by the songs of the Disney Princesses, one of the Disney Classics like “Mickey Mouse March” and “Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah”, and finally, one inspired by Frozen. To bring the magic closer to home, the show also adds beloved Filipino Christmas songs to the performance.
The show kicked off at Ayala Triangle Gardens in Manila (where it will run until January 8), but Ayala Land will also be taking Reimagine the Magic to Bonifacio Global City (November 15 to January 6), Nuvali (November 24 to January 31), Vertis North (November 29 to January 15), Ayala Center in Cebu (November 10 to January 20) and Centrio in Cagayan de Oro (November 9 to January 13). The light shows run daily, every 30 minutes from 6PM to 10PM.
